I take Aetna insurance. If you don't have Aetna, I provide medical receipts or superbills for each appointment that you can access through the patient portal. You can then submit the superbill to insurance for reimbursement if your insurance provides that.

$250 per visit

You are required to provide credit card payment information before you can schedule an appointment. I have a strict no-show policy and you will be charged half the appointment fee if you do not provide one business day's notice for cancellation. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, you will considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
